IPTV Qatar provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee for customers. If you’re not happy with the service we provide We offer the 14-day guarantee of money back for all new customers. If you want to request a refund:

  1. Get in touch with our support staff within 14 days of the date you received your account’s expiration.
  2. Include the specifics of your subscription, as well as the reasons to request a refund.

Refunds are processed using the method of payment used originally. Following 14 days there will be no refunds given.

Note Refunds aren’t relevant to problems that are caused by apps or devices.
